How to Contribute to the Online Grades Community

Everyone:

1. File enhancement suggestions and any bugs found to the tracker at [1].
2. Volunteer to help improve the documentation and training materials right here on this website.
3. Help answer questions in the forums at [2].
4. Tell others schools and districts about Online Grades.

People who can Program in PHP (or are interested in learning):

1. Review the Road Map and the feature requests and bug lists and see if any of the changes catch your interest.
2. Make code changes and then submit your patch to the patch tracker for review and inclusion in the main Online Grades software.

Schools/Districts:

1. If there is a feature that you would really like to have included, consider sponsoring a programmer to add this feature to Online Grades. Sponsoring a programmer to add a feature can be significantly cheaper than buying a proprietary grade posting solution – and the entire community can benefit from your contribution.
